Local Equities Market

For the week ending November 07, 2025, the local stock market, measured by the Combined Index, declined by 2.29%. The Main Market Index declined by 2.35%, the Junior Market Index declined by 1.61%, and the JSE USD Equities Index declined by 1.36%. During the week Atlantic Hardware and Plumbing Company Limited was the largest gainer, rising by approximately 55.91% to close at $1.45. Jetcon Corporation Limited was the biggest decliner, which fell by 28.14% to close at $1.20.

Large-cap stocks, reflecting those listed on the Main Market Index are outperforming on a YTD basis, declining by 6.12%, relative to its Junior Market counterpart which has declined by 9.52%.

For the week ending November 07, 2025, overall market activity resulted from 127 stocks of which 33 advanced, 81 declined and 13 traded firm. Market volume amounted to 93,672,320 units valued at over $364,402,990.95. Key contributors to trading volume are Atlantic Hardware and Plumbing Company Limitedwith 29,514,511 (31.19%), followed by TransJamaican Highway Limited with 20,213,489 units (21.36%) and OMNI Industries Limited with 5,462,435 units (5.77%).
