Local Equities Market

For the week ending November 14, 2025, the local stock market, measured by the Combined Index, declined by 1.22%. The Main Market Index declined by 1.22%, the Junior Market Index declined by 1.30%, and the JSE USD Equities Index improved by0.94%. During the week Jetcon Corporation Limited was the largest gainer, rising by approximately 17.50% to close at $1.41. Atlantic Hardware and Plumbing Company Limited was the biggest decliner, which fell by 22.07% to close at $1.13.

Large-cap stocks, reflecting those listed on the Main Market Index are outperforming on a YTD basis, declining by 7.27%, relative to its Junior Market counterpart which has declined by 10.69%.

For the week ending November 14, 2025, overall market activity resulted from 120 stocks of which 45 advanced, 57 declined and 18 traded firm. Market volume amounted to 89,172,035 units valued at over $409,224,039.51. Key contributors to trading volume are Radio Jamaica Limited with 15,416,140 (17.04%), followed by TransJamaican Highway Limited with 12,324,918 units (13.62%) and Atlantic Hardware and Plumbing Company Limited with 9,436,661 units (10.43%).
